Visma EasyCruit 20180606 Update


Visma EasyCruit continues to deliver customer value through its new releases, providing features that make the user experience more efficient and enjoyable. Visma EasyCruit was updated on Wednesday 6 June at 10:00 CEST.




Improvements to the new start page Available to all customers

Improvements to the new start page


A new section has been added to the new startpage that will display the upcoming interviews for the logged in user. The calendar will highlight which days there are interviews booked and how many of them there are.




Clicking on a day with scheduled interviews will show the vacancy and the candidate, both of which can be reached directly from the calendar. In the event of multiple interviews on the same it it will be possible to cycle through these.

Right to insight over processed data


According to GDPR, the candidates have the right to insight over processed data. This means that the candidate has the right to know the following:

  1. What data is collected about them
  2. How the data is used and the purpose of processing it
  3. Who has access to the data
  4. For how long the data is being stored

To clarify this, Visma has provided a Privacy Statement that currently can be found here. It is essentially the same text that Visma has provided as a suggested text for the candidates' consent since the content that needs to be covered is very similar. Visma EasyCruit's Privacy statement should preferably be made available to all candidates to clarify Visma's role and fulfill the requirement.
