Beta version of new start page Available to all customers
Test version of new consent handling Available to all customers

New start page

With the new release of Visma EasyCruit we are launching the first beta iteration of our new start page. Each user will be able to test and provide feedback on the new start page while seamlessly swapping between the new and the old version. As you log in, you should see an option to swap to the new page in the top right of the landing page.

Once you have activated the new start page you will see that the top bar has now been changed to include more options. This allows you to navigate to the different areas in EasyCruit more easily as you can access these areas without having to return to the start page.

The top part of the new start page now also includes options to both create a vacancy and add a candidate easily accessible as well as a candidate search.

The main focus of the new start page is a view of the projects with the latest activity in them. These provide quick and easy access to the most relevant vacancies along with information about their current status.

On the right side you will find the guidelines for your company (If you use this functionality) as well as a link to a feedback form where you can give your thoughts on the new start page. Please take a couple of minutes to fill out this survey as we really appreciate your feedback.

New consent handling

The latest version of Visma EasyCruit also includes a preview of the new consent handling that is being launched later. This allows you to set up a privacy policy for your company without affecting anything for the candidates who currently apply for your vacancies. If you navigate to Settings->Company information you will find a new tab there.

On this tab you will be able to add a privacy policy for all languages you have active on your account. Once all the languages have been filled out, you will be able to activate the policy. Doing so will bring up a confirmation message that the old version will be archived. When the functionality goes live completely this will automatically update your policy for all vacancies.

Currently, the functionality is not activated for the career pages though so the candidates will still see the policy configured under the "About" tab.

A number of solutions are also included in this release, and their details are listed below.
