Visma EasyCruit continues to deliver customer value through its new releases, providing features that make the user experience more efficient and enjoyable. Visma EasyCruit 18.03.1 is currently scheduled for release on Thursday 8 March at 19:00 CET. The process will last up to three hours.




Support panel Available to all customers

Support panel


With the release of Visma EasyCruit 18.03.1 we have added a new and improved way of getting help or other information regarding the system. The support panel allows you to access the information directly within Visma EasyCruit without having to navigate back and forth between other pages. You can access the support panel in the same way you accessed the old help by using the help icon in the top right when you are logged in to the system. At the moment, the support panel is only available in English but we are planning on adding more languages in time.

General improvements

Some smaller generic improvements are also include in this release. Short summary follows:

Option to select the start date when posting vacancies to NAV

Previously it has not bee possible to select a date in the future for publishing vacancies to NAV. This should now be possible from the additional posting fields


Option "Lærling" has been added for the Finn channels

This will allow clearer classification when adding posting vacancies to Finn
