Visma EasyCruit 17.9 Release - Suomi

Overview

Visma EasyCruit continues to deliver customer value through its new releases, providing features that make the user experience more efficient and enjoyable. Visma EasyCruit 17.9 is currently scheduled for release on Wednesday 11 October at 19:00 CEST. The process will last up to three hours.

Integration with ID-porten

 

EasyCruit will now provide the option for candidates to log in to the career-pages and application forms with the help of ID-porten. This make it easier for candidates by reducing the number of credentials that they need to keep track of. If a candidate has not previously logged in with ID-porten a new account will also be created for them, saving the candidate having to go through a separate registration process.

New status bar for candidates

 

As part of 17.9 we are also adding the option to display a status indicator for candidates using the career pages. This will highlight that the candidate is currently logged in as well as provide the option to access their profile easily. If the candidate has logged in using ID-porten, this will also be highlighted.

General improvements

Some smaller generic improvements are also include in this release. Short summary follows

Contact person sent to Broadbean

When publishing vacancies via Broadbean the contact person for the vacancy will now be prepopulated when accessing the Broadbean interface.

Screening questions for forwarded applications

Candidates forwarded automatically from EasyCruit will now have the answers to any screening question included as well.

Notification if deletion emails are missing subject/body

The system will now inform if the user has forgotten to add a subject and/or body when modifying the candidate deletion emails.

Permanently delete all applications under 'Deleted applications'

It will now be possible to clear out the 'Deleted applications' section with a single button. Please bear in mind that applications removed from this section will be deleted permanently and cannot be restored.
