Visma EasyCruit 17.8 Release - Suomi


Visma EasyCruit continues to deliver customer value through its new releases, providing features that make the user experience more efficient and enjoyable. Visma EasyCruit 17.8 is currently scheduled for release on Wednesday 30 August at 19:00 CEST. The process will last up to three hours.

Integration with enterprise HRM


Customers who use both EasyCruit and enterprise HRM will be able to take advantage of a deeper integration between the systems. As part of the hiring process in EasyCruit, you will now be able to select which unit and role the hire should fall into when they have been transferred over to HRM. This will simplify the hiring process so that candidates that are hired are automatically imported correctly into HRM.

Offer letter


EasyCruit will now allow the creation of offer letters in addition to employment contracts. These can be sent out to candidates you wish to make an offer. The candidate will be able to accept or decline the offer with corresponding notifications being sent to the recruiter. If you also use the integration with HRM you will be able to use the imported values when creating the offer letter, allowing the hire to proceed instantly when they accept the offer.

New status for candidates that have been invited to tests

Some smaller generic improvements are also include in this release. Short summary follows

New classification for postings to AMS

The publication page for AMS will now have an additional vacancy classification where the user can specify if the position requires previous experience or not.



Date picker for editing interviews

Users who need to modify an existing interview will now be able to take advantage of a new date picker which follows the same functionality as other date pickers in the system
