During this time there may be some unavailability of the EasyCruit service. Features in the 16.1 release include:

  • Ability to split the Candidate Pack in one pdf file for each candidate
Available as part of the EasyCruit Analytics Pack.

A number of solutions are also included in this release, and details are listed below.

cut-e test assessment integration

There are new configuration capabilities for the assessment tests, which enables you to specify which score should be retrieved for a test. This lets you configure SJQ test scores using different score tags than the other assessment tests.

In addition, for each assessment test, you can specify if the score should be taken into account for the Average score column calculation. The Average score column in the Assessed Candidates list will be displayed only if there is at least one test in the bundle configured to participate in the Average score column calculation. This column will display the calculated value only after all the tests that are included in the bundle are completed.

The assessment tests configuration will be done by Customer Success based on your specifications.

There are new configuration capabilities for assessment test bundles which enables you to specify the compound score that should be retrieved for the bundle. Once a compound score is configured for the bundle, a new column is visible to you in the Assessed Candidates list. This column will display the compound score only after all the tests are completed.

The assessment tests bundle configuration will be done by Customer Success based on your specifications.

You will be able to see Matching score 102 and Matching score 103 columns in the Assessed Candidates list only if there is a snap-it template for the vacancy and Test 102, respectively Test 103 is available in assessment tests bundle.

The test selection options when sending tests to candidates have been improved: the tests are now sorted in alphabetical order.

There is a usability improvement in Assessments Results for an applicant to show for each test results the bundle and the normset ID used to retrieve the score.

PDF Candidate Pack improvements

There is a new option available when requesting a PDF Candidate Pack: "Merge candidate uploaded documents to selected questions". If you chose this option, only the candidate uploaded documents that are linked to the selected questions will be included in the generated report. In addition, we have improved the usability by grouping together all options related to merging candidate uploaded documents. These options are now represented with radio buttons to show users that only one option can be selected at the time.

As a further enhancement, the option value "1" is added to "Number of candidates to group per report". If you choose this option value the selected candidates are then split into batches, one candidate per batch, and, for each candidate, there will be a separate PDF file generated. The PDF files will contain the name of the candidate so you can easily find the one(s) you need.
