EasyCruit Notification - Multiposting.fr intermittent service - RESOLVED

Issue description / What is the issue?

The job distribution service provided by Multiposting.fr was providing an intermittent service. This issue occurred after the completion of a migration of their job distribution service to a new data centre that occurred over the Easter Weekend. For the customers who have been enabled to use the Multiposting.fr feature, they were experiencing longer than expected page load times for the Posting page. Also, if the customer chose from the Posting page to post using Multiposting.fr, the post could take up to 3 minutes and might not be successful, displaying an “801” error message.

 

Customer impact / Am I impacted?

Only customers that have enabled the new Multiposting.fr service were affected.

 

Workaround / Can I work around this?

There was no work around for this issue.

 

Measures and actions / What is the EasyCruit team doing about it?

The Multiposting.fr service was patched, the performance is back to normal. The EasyCruit team will continue to monitor the performance next week.
