How can I send a candidate for review?

This article is planned to describe how you can forward candidates in easycruit using the different features:

  • The forward to email activity
  • The PDF reports 
  • The collaborative ranking tools

How can I forward information about a candidate to someone else?

In many situations it can be useful to forward information about certain candidates to other people, for instance if a person have been dedicated to evaulate the candidates, or if a group of managers are collaborating in the evaluation process.

 

There are three ways to transfer candidates in EasyCruit, and in this article we will discuss these.

 

Alternative 1: Forward to email

The first option is to use the Forward to email option in the Future activites dropdown menu.

This can be used to send an ad hoc email to someone in regards to the applicant. When sending this email, the user can select the option to Withhold personal information or the option Do not include attachments/CV to limit the applicant details that are shared with the recipient of the email.

Alternative 2: Send a PDF-report

This is the most flexible option. By creating a PDF candidate report, you will be in control of what information is being sent. And you will be able to group several applications or candidates in a bundle. The  PDF reports can easily be downloaded to your computer and be sent to reviewers via email from it.

Alternative 3:By using the Panel Review tool

This alternative allows you to send the candidate profile, including their CV, to multiple recipients. They will be able to review the information without logging in to EasyCruit, and they may also be able to give the candidate(s) star ratings and leave a comment. This is a great way to get feedback and rank candidates based on a larger group of recruiters.
