There are a number of assessment tests, provided by Assessio,cut-e and SHL, integrated into EasyCruit, which can be used to determine whether candidates are suitable for specific vacancies.
The test integrations are only available to clients who have subscribed to this functionality.
The tests are then active for the project.
You will be prompted with the candidate's email details and asked to confirm that you want to send a test to them.
Assessio is one of the vendors that provides assessment tests which can be integrated into EasyCruit.

cut-e is one of the vendors that provides assessment tests which can be integrated into EasyCruit.
Selecting cut-e Tests to send to Candidates.
You can send multiple tests, or your organisation may have configured a 'bundle' of tests. Candidates will receive one email which includes the links of all tests if you have included the merge field {assessment-test-name-link-group}. This will direct the candidate to the cut-e landing page and show them the list of tests they need to complete.

The Recruitment Information page is displayed showing a list of the candidates who have completed the test together with each individual’s average ability score (Avg. score), a compound score (if it was configured for the bundle), a match score (if using personality test with a snap-it template and there is a snap-it template for the vacancy) and links to one or more reports.
The Average score column will be displayed only if there is at least one test in the bundle configured to participate in the Average score column calculation. This column will display the calculated value only after all the tests that are included in the bundle are completed.
You can sort the score results by clicking the column headers and also export the displayed results to Excel or PDF.
