Test Integrations

There are a number of assessment tests, provided by Assessio,cut-e and SHL, integrated into EasyCruit, which can be used to determine whether candidates are suitable for specific vacancies.

The test integrations are only available to clients who have subscribed to this functionality.

Using Tests

  1. To use tests for a vacancy, from the New Vacancy quick link select the required test under Misc. Settings.

The tests are then active for the project.

  1. To send a test to a candidate, from the Vacancy List quick link select the vacancy and then the candidate to whom you wish to send a test.
  2. From the Application and CV tab, select the required test from the Further Progress dropdown list.

You will be prompted with the candidate's email details and asked to confirm that you want to send a test to them.

  1. Tests can be used in a variety of ways. For example you may want to set up screening questions that must be passed correctly before a test is sent automatically, or you may wish to send tests manually to selected candidates.

Assessio

Assessio is one of the vendors that provides assessment tests which can be integrated into EasyCruit.

Viewing the Results of Vacancy Service-F Assessment Tests

  1. Log in to EasyCruit and select a vacancy.
  2. Select the Application Handling tab.

The assessment tests, including Service-F, are shown at the bottom left of the page.

  1. Select Service-F.

The Recruitment Information page is displayed showing a list of the candidates who have completed the Service-F assessment test together with each individual’s scores.

Viewing the Results of Vacancy MINT Personality Assessment Tests

  1. Log in to EasyCruit and select a vacancy.
  2. Select the Application Handling tab.

The assessment tests, including MINT, are shown at the bottom left of the page.

  1. Select MINT.

The Recruitment Information page is displayed showing a list of the candidates who have completed the MINT assessment test together with each individual’s scores for Integrity, Interpersonal Orientation and Task Orientation.

Viewing the Results of Vacancy Matrigma Problem Solving Abilities Test

  1. Log in to EasyCruit and select a vacancy.
  2. Select the Application Handling tab.

The assessment tests, including Matrigma, are shown at the bottom left of the page.

  1. Select Matrigma.

The Recruitment information page is displayed showing a list of the candidates who have completed the Matrigma assessment test together with each individual’s C:Score and links to two reports.

SHL

SHL is one of the vendors that provides assessment tests which can be integrated into EasyCruit.

Viewing the Results of the SHL Assessment Tests

  1. Log in to EasyCruit and select a vacancy.
  2. Select the Application Handling tab.

The assessment tests are shown at the bottom left of the page.

  1. Select the required test form the configured tests. The following types of tests can be made available via configuration:
  • SHL - DSI - Dependability and Safety Instrument tests
  • SHL - OPQ - Occupational Personality Questionnaire tests
  • SHL - Verify - Verify Assessment tests
  • SHL - MQ - MQ Assessment tests
  • SHL - CCSQ - CCSQ Assessment tests

cut-e

cut-e is one of the vendors that provides assessment tests which can be integrated into EasyCruit.

Selecting cut-e Tests to send to Candidates.

 

You can send multiple tests, or your organisation may have configured a 'bundle' of tests. Candidates will receive one email which includes the links of all tests if you have included the merge field {assessment-test-name-link-group}.  This will direct the candidate to the cut-e landing page and show them the list of tests they need to complete.

  1. To use tests for a vacancy, from the New Vacancy quick link or from Edit Vacancy, select Activate Assessment tests from cut-e for this project under Misc. Settings. The tests are then active for the project.
  2. To send a test to a candidate, from the Vacancy List quick link select the vacancy and then the candidate to whom you wish to send a test. You can select multiple candidates at once.
  3. Select cut-e from the Further Progress dropdown list.
  4. Select the test(s) or bundles of tests you wish to send to the Candidate(s).

Viewing the Results of cut-e Tests

  1. Log in to EasyCruit and select a vacancy.
  2. Select the Application Handling tab.

The assessment tests are shown at the bottom left of the page.

  1. Select cut-e.

The Recruitment Information page is displayed showing a list of the candidates who have completed the test together with each individual’s average ability score (Avg. score), a compound score (if it was configured for the bundle), a match score (if using personality test with a snap-it template and there is a snap-it template for the vacancy) and links to one or more reports.

The Average score column will be displayed only if there is at least one test in the bundle configured to participate in the Average score column calculation. This column will display the calculated value only after all the tests that are included in the bundle are completed.

You can sort the score results by clicking the column headers and also export the displayed results to Excel or PDF.

  1. To view detailed test results for a candidate, click a candidate's name then select the Assessment Results tab. Each assessment contains a link that you can click to download their full report.
