Vacancies

Vacancies are the focal point of the EasyCruit system. The majority of the objects managed by the EasyCruit administrator and the various options available in EasyCruit pertain to vacancies. 

Setting up a Vacancy

EasyCruit provides objects, such as application templates, job categories and vacancy templates, to help make setting up vacancies as simple as possible. The user friendly interface and workflow also enable vacancies to be configured consistently across a company. The following topics describe in detail the steps necessary to create a vacancy and enable it to be displayed on a career website so that candidates can search and apply for available vacancies. Managing Vacancies

Once vacancies have been created and published you can continue to manage them. After accessing the required vacancy from the Vacancy List, they can be edited, deleted or closed. The Overview of Vacancies page and the Edit Vacancy tab provides access to the functionality that enables the user to manage vacancies. Browse the following articles for more information:

Reporting on Specific Vacancies

Along with the Search and Reports module that can be made available from the Start page, reports can be accessed from within a vacancy. Only details for candidates who have applied for the specific vacancy are included in the reports. Reports can be exported to Microsoft® Excel, printed, and made into PDFs and emailed. The different types of reports that can be run are as follows:
